The first barn was built in 1999, and is immaculate and efficient in its design. The original barn consists of 8 stalls are 12x12 and each is equipped with ceiling fans, rubber mats, and half windows to the outside. The aisle is wide and there are rubber mat at each crosstie. Boarders are provided with their own large locker, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, bathroom with shower, and storage for trunks and blankets is provided. There is a large indoor wash stall with hot and cold water along with a second outside wash area. Stalls are bedded with shavings imported from Canada.

The Shed Row barn has an additional 12 stalls that are designed with the same amenities as the main barn.

Barn Washroom & KitchenEach horse receives a customized feeding program and is fed three times a day. Feeding timothy imported from Canada, along with excellent pastures, results in a barn full of well-conditioned horses.

Horses are turned out daily. During the summer months when the days are hot, everyone stays cool in their stalls that are equipped with ceiling fans and are then turned out at night. A bug repellant system has been installed in each stall and in the run-in sheds in the pastures. Pastures are fenced with split rail and each has a run-in shed.
